This balm is such a gorgeous topper for the lips! It can tingle slightly, though I find not always, but it is super volumizing, shiny and keeps your lips hydrated. It is on the priceye side but if you don’t mind splurging a little or have rewards built up on the site it is a beautiful product.

Received this as a sample and I really enjoyed using it! It went on very smoothly and felt luxurious. It lasted pretty long and the colours were beautiful. However knocking off a star as quite spenny to me but would be great as a gift to yourself or someone else
