Begin with Crystal Retinal 3 (or Crystal Retinal 1 if you have very sensitive skin) and work up the ladder every 8-12 weeks as your skin adjusts. Medik8 recommend using at least one full tube before increasing your strength.
After cleansing in the evening, apply 2 pumps of Crystal Retinal in a thin, even layer across your face, neck and décolletage. Allow to absorb into skin before applying your moisturiser. To further target fine lines around your eye area, pair it with the matching Medik8 retinol eye cream. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night. Always wear sunscreen the following morning while using this product.
