Hard to sharpen.
The colour is just what I was looking for a rich brown and at the product stays put all day which is great. At first it was really easy but the material the body of the pencil is made from makes it nearly impossible to sharpen due to the casing. I've wasted so much product trying to get a good point again. It's a shame as colour and quality are excellent.

Here's my honest review.... I really wanted to love this eyeliner for so many reasons but I found it both difficult to apply
Lovely colour
At first I was convinced this was black but it's definitely a very dark plum colour. Really nice for something a bit different. The texture is a nice middle-ground between not too soft and smudgy but still glides on easily without dragging the skin or feeling dry.

Plastic eyeliner
It’s an impossible to sharpen eye pencil made of really non eco plastic. It’s a shame as I really liked the colour. I used the Laura Mercier Nightfall eyeliner for years and loved it but they discontinued it so I bought this one instead. Given the current problems with microplastics I don’t understand why they would want to make the pencils from plastic - unless they’re cheaping out on the production costs?
