Great product, terrible packaging
The product itself is great - excellent texture, so small so can be really precise, and good choice of colours. However, the packaging is terrible. Both the black text and the main white coating flake off terrible and are hard to brush off once they get stuck to your skin
Lasted less than 2 months, disappointed!
Overall color and wear time were good, however lasted for about 6 weeks of daily use. Packaging started to peel off after 3 weeks of use and I had to clean it in order not to get onto my hands. Love glossier products and quality was good, but for the price and packaging flaws I won’t be repurchasing.

Really happy with my new eyebrow pencil, good quality and texture, and colour nice and soft with good pigment. Lasted all day at work thank god!

Only lasted for 6 weeks!
Love the product, but it has run out after just 6 weeks of (not even daily) use and the packaging flaked off which was very irritating. Left white bits on my face and all over my other make up products in my bag. Packaging needs to be improved and a refill should really be included at this price point. It’s not worth the money currently.
Lovely formula, packaging falls short
The colour and formula is perfect. The shape of the pencil makes it easy to create small brush strokes. Unfortunately, the matte coating on the plastic packaging disintegrates with use, leaving you with white specks all over your hands and face when you use it. I really hope they change the packaging!
