Best Beauty Products for April 2025

01

Dermalogica

Daily Microfoliant, £18.00

"The exfoliator I come back to time and time again, this is one of my absolute favourite skincare products. I love the way the powder transforms into paste and despite it being a scrub, it’s not scratchy or rough on the skin. It’s also really calming and leaves my skin with no redness, just smooth and soft and with no excess oil or any dryness." Yasmin

Amika

Midnight Mender Overnight Strength Repair Treatment Mask, £38.00

"Since using this my hair has become noticeably shinier which is the first gold star. The second is for how easy it is to use. Hair masks are great but I hate waiting around with wet hair to rinse them off. This, on the other hand, I apply to the mid-lengths and ends on my dry hair and then go to bed. You don’t even need to rinse it out in the morning, although I do tend to apply it on evenings when I know I’m washing my hair the next day. As well as adding gloss, my hair feels softer and doesn’t break as much when I’m brushing it or pulling it up into a ponytail." Lauren

Chantecaille

Blanc Peony Eye Serum Dark Spot Corrector, £204.00

"If an eye cream has an applicator it prompts me to use it religiously and this cooling tip feels divine around tired eyes. Helping to massage the delicate eye area to get rid of puffiness, as well as distributing the right amount of serum, this formula is specifically targeted to brightening and I’ve definitely noticed my dark circles look less obvious. It also contains white peony and crystal peptides which sound so luxe and are known for boosting skin clarity and luminosity." Abigail

Kilian Paris

Love Don’t Be Shy Eau de Parfum, £44.00

"Sweet scents are my weakness and this smells just like marshmallow with a blast of vanilla. It lasts all day so a little goes a long way – which is good as Kilian perfumes are definitely an investment. The amber, pink pepper and musk stop it becoming too sickly and I’m really enjoying it as my spring scent of choice." Georgie

Sol de Janeiro

Limited Edition Danca Mistica Perfume Mist, £19.20

“The new Sol limited edition perfume mists are giving me all the nostalgic feels. Not only do they look like neon highlighters, they smell like my summers as a teen. Light and fruity, the green Dança Mística has a warmer vibe with its fig and sandalwood notes; Flor Mística reminds me of coconut-laced sun creams and holidays and the blue Água Mística is the freshest of them all with splashes of pineapple and neroli. I predict this set is going to sell out in double quick time!" Emily

Joonbyrd

Confetti Sky Hand Treatment, £15.00

"It baffles me why in the warmer weather I still have dry skin on my hands, but such is life, and it gives me an excuse to keep slathering on this dreamy hand cream. Packed with vitamin E and hyaluronic acid which are super hydrators, it also has a protein blend which is what strengthens the skin. It’s the scent that’s a real win for me though. Star anise, coconut, chocolate with a hint of rose and warming sandalwood, it’s so, so good." Charlotte

Caudalie

Self Tan Sun Drops, £19.00

“Self-tan for the face always makes me a touch nervous but I’ve fallen in love with bronzing drops because I can really tailor how tanned I want to look. Caudalie has just launched their version and I’m obsessed. Fragrance-free and with no alcohol, they don’t feel drying and I just add a couple of drops to my moisturiser or serum and voila, I look like I’ve been blessed with a natural-looking tan. I use them once every other day to keep the colour looking fresh and healthy and it means I can tone down my foundation usage too." Rebecca

Dr. Jart+

Every SunDay Ultra-Sheer Priming Sunscreen Stick, £24.00

"I like that you can apply this straight from the stick - it makes it really handy for touch-ups on the go. It doesn't feel heavy even though you might think it would be because it's a solid and it does a great job of blurring pores and improving the look of your skin. You can apply it under or over makeup although I've mainly been using it underneath in place of my primer. I'll definitely be taking it away with me this summer." Yasmin
