Topline on Glossier Futuredew
As a skincare-makeup hybrid, Futuredew is one of those beauty products that can easily fit into any beauty routine. If you're looking for a TL;DR on the product, these are the things you need to know:

• Oil-serum formula
• Made with jojoba, grape seed, evening primrose, rosehip oils and sugarcane squalane
• Can be mixed in with foundations or skin tints
• Ideal for drier skin types or dull complexions

Skin type: Oily

The packaging is what first drew me to this product, and I’d heard great things about it, so I really wanted to try it. The formula tends to separate at first, so it might be helpful to include a “shake to wake” message on the bottle to avoid confusion.
To me, Futuredew feels more like a makeup product than skincare, I like the wet, dewy effect it gives my skin. As someone with oily skin, I noticed that my skin was quite shiny toward the end of the day but it’s hard to tell if that was from the product or just my skin type. I will say, I think this is a great product to wear before makeup in the evening, it gives the skin a lovely sheen and photographs really well.
Overall, I did like the product but I think this will be something I’ll be using on occasions and not everyday. I think this is a great booster for days when my skin is looking dull or tired. Anyone who strives for that glowy, dewy skin look will absolutely love this product.

Skin type: Normal

I’ll be honest, this isn’t my first time using Futuredew, I have been a loyal fan to this product for a few years. When I first saw the consistency of Futuredew, the finish was very glowy and the consistency felt quite sticky. I like to wear it as my last step of skincare/first step of my makeup as my primer.
I think anyone with normal to dry skin will really benefit from this product although it probably wouldn't suit people who like to achieve a matte finish which is why it could work well at night.
I will definitely keep using Futuredew, it leaves the skin feeling hydrated while giving a ‘glow from within’ type luminosity rather than a ‘shiny’ look. It feels like skincare that can enhance your makeup.
Hanitra's review of Glossier Futuredew
Skin type: Oily

The first thing that drew me to Futuredew (and any other Glossier product I’ve tried) is the packaging. It’s very cute and I’d also heard so much about the product, I was curious to try it myself.
I first tried the product as a primer, because I know that’s how a lot of people like to wear it, but I don’t think this is the best way to use this product for me. As someone with oily skin, I did see my skin looking quite oily at the end of the day, which was a combination of how my skin normally acts and using Futuredew. For me, Futuredew is more of a nighttime skincare product. I like that the consistency is oil-serum, it doesn’t feel too heavy and I can tell that it hydrates my skin.
I would recommend this product to anyone. People who have dry skin would love this during the day as a primer, and those with oily skin could use it at night. And I actually think this can also be a nice base for nighttime makeup.
The team’s verdict on Futuredew
Safe to say that Futuredew is worth the hype, and it’s quite interesting to know the different ways people like to use it.
The pros: Futuredew is hydrating, and it gives the skin a lovely glow that works like a dream under makeup. It also works well at night as a hydrating serum.
Not suitable for: If you have oily skin, using this product as a primer would not benefit your skin in the long run, but it can definitely be used as a nighttime addition.
