Not for my hair
I feel compelled to leave a review when the product claims (and costs) so much. At least for my hair, the promises in this range far exceeded its results. For reference, my hair is coarse with medium porosity, and a mixture of medium curls and lose waves. It is very weather-dependent and, left unattended, it gets really frizzy. Nothing that this range could improve in the least, unfortunately.
I didn’t like
I really didn’t like this. I didn’t feel it made my hair feel more nourished, or smoother, rather it felt a little dry if I applied lightly, or a bit claggy if I applied more. I was really happy to finally finish it up. I didn’t even like the smell, which can usually at least be one positive.
Used to be so much better
I was Aveda's biggest fan and loved how this conditioner nourished and smoothed out my hair. I used it for over 15 years and it worked fantastically. Then they changed it and sadly it just isn't the same - it doesn't achieve the same sleek polished look and my hair certainly feels very different. The ends have become very flyaway and I'm just not happy with the way it looks anymore. My mum asked 'What's happened to your hair?' which says it all......

it does work
honestly speaking this does work but not the way i expected it to work. so my frizziness was gone but it wasn't entirely due to this product but with using the Ouai hair oil on damp hair and it then tamed my frizziness of hair. When i used it alone, it was alright but i still experienced some frizzy hair (it could have been due to the humid weather)

Makes my hair lovely & soft
I did think twice about buying this product based on the reviews - but thought hey I'll give it a go. I'm glad I did, as this leaves my hair super soft yet still holds the curls. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it and it's got a natural curl. A lot of products make my hair frizzy but this didn't. Compared to other Aveda shampoo (Botanical, Colour Care, Cherry etc) you do have to use quite a lot more product to get a lather - so it's not as cost effective.
