Pricey but beautiful
I feel like I can't give this a full 5 stars because of the price point, but I finally gave in and bought this to use on my wedding day after smelling it in the shop whenever I visited, and it's beautiful, long lasting and now forever connected to a beautiful memory which is what I wanted. If you like a summer-y scent with more depth to it, that can work all year round, this is the one.

Tänk sommar
Helt underbar doft. Strand, sol, solkräm,långa promenader i sanden, luft , vind och vatten. Alla tankar går till en semester. Den här doften sprider glädje med tankarna på en underbar semester man kanske haft eller ska åka på. Doften sitter kvar under hela dagen. För mig finns ingen annan sommardoft
Nostalgic spring scent
Beach Walk by Maison Margiela is so reminiscent of my favourite fragrance that I wore in the mid-2010s, and gives me a sense of nostalgia unlike anything I've ever experienced! I love this scent. It is lovely and summery, with gorgeous floral notes.

very good dupe
I really really love the scent but it is true that recently these dupe-like bottles have become really mainstream so people see them as the hip thing to buy and some use it as decoration I have seen. Regardless I think they are still nice, maybe a little bit overpriced but that is what you get when a product becomes very popular
not the best beach fragrance out there
Beach Walk is the lone survivor of the original Maison Margiela Replica's launch in 2012. The other original Replica fragrances (Funfair Evening and Flower Market) that were discontinued seem to have been replaced by the similarly themed Springtime in the Park and On a Date. Beach Walk appears to have been successful enough that they haven't released something similar enough to cannibalize it's own sales. How does Beach Walk compare to other summer, beach-themed fragrances? For me Beach Walk is definitely not as good as the "best bang for buck" in the category Bronze Goddess or the "best splurge" Coccobello. However, it's more similar in style to these two fragrances than it is to Bobbi Brown's Beach (which is much more fresh and oceanic) or Jil Sander's Sun (which much more powdery and spicy). There is most definitely a coconut note to Beach Walk which makes it lean gourmand but it's nowhere near as distinctive as The Body Shop's Coconut. Overall it's very middle of the road and out of all my beach-themed fragrances it's the one I like the least. It's not bad, and the bottle is nice, but it's just not doing anything better than any of the others, especially for the price point (and it's also an EDT). Even though I received a compliment on it from a stranger the first time I wore it ("You smell so good!") I don't love it. I only bring out my perfumes one season at a time and keep the rest in a cupboard, but even then I have limited vanity space. I don't see myself reaching for this much when I have so many other beach-inspired fragrances that I prefer.
