The base oil for this aromatherapy product features a hand-blended mix of herbs, passionflower oil and watermelon seed oil. It also has magnesium, zinc and B vitamins as well as essential oils to help settle both the mind and body.

De Mamiel Settle works best when applied to the palms first. Rub the palms together, cup them over the nose and breathe deeply for at least three breaths. Anoint the pulse points inside the wrists, then roll the oil across the chest and breathe.
