only ok
its a really lovely scent, very strong on the lavender though! I spray it on the pillows in the morning now because the scent was too strong for me. I used it regularly when I had a bout of insomnia, along with the magnesium body butter. Now I just use it as a treat once a week. I think its quite expensive for what it is and would re purchase.
A great part of my nightly routine
I love to use a pillow mist as part of my bedtime routine and this is one of the ones I use on repeat. The other one I use is the Neom Bedtime Hero one. Neom are the best at pillow mists, having tried quite a few over the years. I love this and will be repurchasing it for years to come!

Gorgeous smell
This is the first time I have bought this after trying various other brands of pillow spray. Love the smell and I find it very relaxing and does help me go to sleep, if I wake up I just give my pillow a quick spay before nodding off again. It helps me. Give it a try!

Small bottle doesn’t last long
Smells wonderful and lasts quite a while on my pillow. I love to have a peaceful moment just taking some deep breaths and enjoying the relaxing fragrance as I get into bed, it really helps me to wind down. I do think I’ve been sleeping better since using this spray, but it’s quite a small bottle and doesn’t last that long. I’d say this’s a probably a good travel size!

A great sleep aid
I now associate the Neom spray smell with sleep! It’s a super light lavender scent and I spritz across pillows before sleep every night. It is quite expensive but I do find that a bottle lasts a few months, and that’s with almost daily use. Definitely recommend.
