Helps me sleep better
I’ve been using this regularly since I bought it and it’s made a difference in the quality of my sleep. I get to sleep much easier than I did before. It smells lovely too, and quite natural. The bottle is lovely as well, though it is quite small - but that means I can keep it under my pillow and therefore I’m unlikely to forget to spray it. Quite pricey for the quantity though so will always look for offers on this rather than buying it full price.

I can’t say enough good things about the NEOM Perfect Night’s Sleep Pillow Mist! It’s a total game-changer for my nighttime routine. The blend of lavender, chamomile, and patchouli is so calming and helps me unwind after a long day. Just a couple of spritzes on my pillow, and I’m instantly relaxed and ready for a good night’s sleep. It smells amazing without being overpowering, and it really does help me fall asleep faster. only ok
its a really lovely scent, very strong on the lavender though! I spray it on the pillows in the morning now because the scent was too strong for me. I used it regularly when I had a bout of insomnia, along with the magnesium body butter. Now I just use it as a treat once a week. I think its quite expensive for what it is and would re purchase.
A great part of my nightly routine
I love to use a pillow mist as part of my bedtime routine and this is one of the ones I use on repeat. The other one I use is the Neom Bedtime Hero one. Neom are the best at pillow mists, having tried quite a few over the years. I love this and will be repurchasing it for years to come!
