Nice smell but unsure impact
I got this as part of the november birthday bag and was curious as I don’t have any issues falling or staying asleep. The smell is nice if you are okay with or like lavender, but beware its very prominent. It sprays on in a controlled way and smell lingers for a few hours but i find that its gone by the next time i am preparing for bed. Its definitely soothing to sleep with this scent on but i dont have any sleep issues so did/could not notice any obvious benefit

Soothing
This was recommended to me at a conference on wellness as an aid to remind your body it’s time to sleep and I’m happy to report it works. The smell is a beautiful and light fragrance and is very settling, nice packaging and feels good to use, attractive on the bed stand. Smell is one of the last senses to fade before sleep and this makes the process and falling asleep a bit quicker and feels good for my well-being.

Didn't work
I have a pillow spray by a different brand that I use but I was interested in trying this one as it is so well known. I sprayed it on to my pillow before going to bed but by the time I'd cleaned my teeth and gone back to the bedroom, the fragrance had completed disappeared. I'm glad I got to try it but sadly it didn't work for me.

I received a sample of this product and was keen to try as I have been having difficulty sleeping and it did not disappoint. The lavender scent is quite clean and not overpowering. I spray on my pillow just before sleeping and it provides a very calm and relaxing space to drift off.

Sleep Essential
This is something that really works for me. I usually sleep quite well but when I’m stressed it takes me a while to settle and relax. This is great for winding down to use as a sleep aid, it’s extremely calming and refreshes your pillow. This is now my nightstand essential.
