Designed to hold a single stick of Aesop Aromatique Incense, or of any standard-sized incense. Secure the stick in place and allow to smoulder; spent ash will collect in the dish. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth after each use.
Place the incense holder on a flat, stable surface. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated area. While in use, do not leave unattended and keep away from children and pets, curtains or other flammable objects. Upon removing the incense stick from the holder, the tip of the stick may remain in the hole. This stub will fall out with a light tap on the base or may be removed using tweezers.

expensive but nice
I don't think I would ever purchase this out of my own pocket, but this was nice to receive as a gift. It's very high quality and adds a bit of mood in the interior design of the house. It's subtle but has weight/depth. It makes a very nice gift for sure. Lovely to add a nice little touch to your home
Beautiful but expensive
I received one of these as a gift and it’s beautiful. The shape is lovely and it has a good weight to it. I’ve tried both the Aesop incense sticks and another brand I usually use (both fit) Had I not got it as a gift I’m not certain I’d purchase for myself as it’s expensive. The ash also occasionally doesn’t all catch do just make sure you place the sticks as carefully as you can.

A great gift
I received this incense burner as an xmas gift and it is just so lovely. It is very weighty and made of bronze. It looks really beautiful. It fits normal incense sticks but the Aesop ones smell incredible. Highly recommend for a really great gift for someone special

Fail
I got this as a gift and was delighted it looks absolutely beautiful and i love this brand but i nearly gagged when i saw the price it is in no way worth this much money and unfortunately it doesnt do a very good job of capturing the ash! Great if you want it as a decoration but other than that not much use.
