Love it
Very effective BHA gel for healing or stoping spots. I really like this gel and find it gives much better results than BHA lotions. You can either use it to treat individual spots, marks or areas, or, it is thin enough to use over your whole face. Haven’t had any pilling with other products so I’ve been using it with other skincare and make up. No irritation. Will certainly be buying this again.

Great product
Love this product. I use it as a direct treatment for sports. When I feel one coming a dab a bit on and it reduces the spot by the next day. It lightens scarring and it is a nice fluid texture. I use this one up quite quickly and wish there was a different applicator to make it easier.

If you changed the formula, please change it back!
I got a second bottle after using up a first one. The first bottle was fine, no reaction, but this bottle gave me a painfully itchy and burning rash around my eyes, cheeks and neck. It would randomly start up, and after a few days off my routine it would go away, then come back after i started up again. I started to think it was something I ate, used, sun sensitivity, but I'm not allergic to anything, and use sun screen. I went crazy thinking it was stress that was giving me hives, but that's never happened before. I came here this morning wondering if the formula of the skin care products I use had changed because I haven't changed my routine in such a long time, and I'm only now getting a reaction. Lo and behold, I found other people had the same issue I did!! I dont know if you changed the formula but if it has please change it back!!

Terrifying that this is still being sold
Please do no buy this product or discard if you already have! Absolutely mind blown that the ordinary haven’t recalled this product. Caused two severe allergic reactions, I experienced the first one a few weeks ago and didn’t realise it was caused by this product. After removing everything I thought could have caused it from my home/ routine it happened again, only then did I realise both mornings I woke up with this reaction I had used the ordinary salicylic acid 2% the night before (only this on dry skin followed by the ordinary moisturiser nothing else). This was 5 days ago now, my skin is still peeling and cracking all around my eyes. Absolute negligence from the ordinary to still have this product out there damaging peoples skin!

All the recent allergic reactions! Product recall?
QUESTION: is the product being recalled, tested and reformulated to address all those recent scary allergic reactions of swollen eyes needing immediate medical treatment? The inadequate response to each allergic review makes me worry about buying any TO product. I'm a years long user of all 3 of your brands and have a full cart ready to go for the household, but where's the effort on those serious allergies? How to damage your brand. This needs to be openly addressed. Mistakes happen, but silence is never acceptable
