Runny like water
You hear stories about how marketing team make bigger holes in products to make it run out faster, but this is a new low - it is runny like water. I have been a found customer for the old version of this product, and for this new product I easily use 3 times more products and still find it doesn't cover all of my hair. The results are not as good as the old version either. Despite all the bad reviews I thought I still give this a try, but unfortunately all the bad reviews are true.
Light shampoo
I can't speak to the original formula of this product but I think this is a perfectly nice, cooling shampoo. It cleanses my scalp and hair, leaving it feeling fresh and lighter and also doesn't strip my hair dye. It doesn't lather much, I imagine due to there being no SLS in the formula. I would say I don't know how much of a noticeable difference it has made to any flakes/itching, however if you just want a refreshing shampoo, particularly during summer, this is a lovely option.

I would NOT buy this product again
I used Aveda Scalp Benefits products for years. They were excellent. Please bring them back. Scalp Solutions actually makes my scalp itchy!!! It is also very difficult to get a lather. I do not recommend it and will not buy it again.

Really disappointed with this product
I have used the Scalp benefits shampoo for years and absolutely loved it. It made my hair feel clean and my scalp really did benefit from using it. I told so many people about it. I was surprised to see that it had been changed to Scalp solutions but thought I would give it a try. I hate it, it makes my hair feel greasy and I need to use so much more of it. It doesn't feel clean at all and my scalp really isn't benefiting at all. I won't be buying it again. Please please please bring back the old one. Why would you change something that was so good?

Dissapointing!
scalp solutions shampoo leaves my with something like an oily film on my hair! It leaves it heavy and looks unwashed even though i just washed my hair! If you have oily and fine hair this is terrible! I do love Aveda products and I used to use scalp benefits shampoo before which was the best shampoo I ever had in my life. Very dissapointing and definitly not a replacement for the scalp benefits shampoo. Please bring it back again!
