This does NOT BUDGE
This is one of the best matte liners on the market. Once applied it fully dries down and does not crack or budge, no matter how much product is on the lid. It also does not dull in colour like many other liners, meaning it stays jet black all day. An amazing piece to have in your daily routine or kit.
