About The Brand
The House of Creed was founded in 1760 by James Henry Creed. It started its journey as a tailor in the heart of Mayfair, London. The legend of the brand begins in 1760 when a pair of scented leather gloves was delivered to King George III by a new London tailoring company. The House of Creed has been creating luxury goods for a discerning clientele for more than 260 years. While it started as a tailoring company, Creed is now well-known for its luxury perfumes. When moving to the fragrance space, Creed wanted to put a real emphasis on the ingredients and essential oils used in each unique blend. In 1854, Paris became the new home of the brand, where they could be close to the fragrance lab in Ury (south of Paris). Today, Creed is a true luxurious brand that crafts personal and home fragrance.
