Perfect non drying formula
I just bought the painterly shade, such a beautiful berry shade, and it’s my all day long colour! It’s a non drying formula as glossy and creamy as it needs to be. It matches my skin tone and you can build up to match the make up. I love the magnetic packing and looking forward to pick more colours.

Luxurious formula
I tried the color Painterly. I was a bit worried it would be too dark for me, but it just looks like a slightly darker shade than my own lip color. I just love the formula, it glides on like a lip balm and has a sheen that makes the lips look hydrated and smooth. Love the little click the magnetic cartridge makes, it feels very expensive. I just love it. Already looking at more colors!
Lovely formula
I usually have to wear lip balm under the lipstick as I find most lipsticks too drying, but this one is lovely and moisturising. The Rose official shade is a lovely your lips but better shade. I really like that I can put it on without having to look in a mirror. I wear this regularly. Highly recommend

So much better than expected!
I'll be honest... I wasn't very excited to find a lipstick in my advent calendar. They're all the same right? Colour never lasts long and I end up with really dry lips. But after reading the reviews I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! Like others have said, it feels like a lip balm but looks like a lipstick, lips feel comfortable and hydrated. The colour also lasts much better than most lipsticks (not as good as a lip stain but those are often quite drying). I received the colour 'painterly', which I love for this autumn/winter time of year, as it's a deeper, berry, nude colour that you can build to your preference. So I've gone from not really bothered about another lipstick, to wanting all the shade in the collection!

Beautiful shade
I recently received the shade 'Painterly' in my advent calendar and it is a beautiful, universal shade. I disagree with some of the other reviews that suggest that this colour is quite subtle, as it is still quite a strong shade as the picture suggests. But it is, nonetheless, a beautiful colour that can be worn for everyday use that will suit any, if not all, people.
