I think this is maybe my fourth tube? Or fifth??! Have lost count! Really enjoy using this lovely, gentle cleanser that removes makeup (even though it almost seems it wouldn’t) and sunscreen and for me it smells completely WONDERFUL which is very important. I feel that this cleanser would be good for all skin types as it’s very calming, so would highly recommend to all. It’s available without fragrance but unless you’re allergic to fragrance I would definitely suggest getting the scented version because it’s delicate and soothing and makes washing ones face a real pleasure. Haven’t tried the other cleansers in the range (I won my first tube of this in a competition) so can’t speak for those but have really enjoyed the moisturiser and intensive moisturiser too, really lovely range and all have the lovely scent to make your skincare routine a real pleasure. I have this in both sizes as the smaller size is good for the travel bag and I keep the larger version at home. 🏠 Definitely worth the 5 stars,

Great product
Love this cream cleanser! Takes my makeup and spf off so easily and does not irritate my skin at all! Leaves my skin feeling nourished and calm. I have the scented version and I love the smell! I have also tried the retinol from this brand and it is amazing!! Would definitely recommend for all skin types especially sensitive skin!

Skin feels soft
I have combination skin and get hormonal breakouts, so I wasn’t sure whether this cleanser would be right for me, as it seemed more for people with dry skin. It also suggests on the packaging to use it as a second cleanse - I know they say to cleanse twice in the evening but I found it strange to suggest just this cleanser alone wouldn’t be enough. I was pleasantly surprised how cleansed my skin felt afterwards - it’s a lovely creamy, milky consistency. I choose to splash the cleanser off, as it just feels like a more thorough cleanse doing that. I also haven’t found it causes breakouts, so to me that indicates it is doing a good enough cleanse on its own. It says you can use it on your eye area but I do find it stings. I have also reduced the stars because I don’t think it’s anything special for its price point. My usual cleanser is around £10 cheaper so I’ll stick to that.

Burns my eye area
I got this in the advent calendar, and used it about three times, but the last time really cemented that there’s an ingredient in this that doesn’t agree with my eye area. I use some skincare that is prescription and can cause some sensitivity to my skin. I’ve been using it for over a year now though so have managed to really stay on top of what I can and can’t use. But something about this cleanser triggers that sensitivity that I just can’t avoid. For a few days after using it, I had to swap to a really gentle routine with cleansing and skincare just to help my skin barrier to repair. I wouldn’t say I have sensitive skin overall because of how I manage my skin barrier, but something about this triggered sensitivity.
