Transformational product
This is one of the only products that helped me get rid of acne. I have combination and acne prone skin and was not looking to use oils because they'd clog my pores. This is more of a dry oil that doesn't overwhelm my skin and soaks in after a while. It minimises my breakouts, calms down my skin as well as improves my overall skin tone
Positive surprise
I was offered a sample of this product and at first I was very sceptical about it as my combination and acne-prone skin usually hates oils and breaks out within a few hours from oil application. However, this product is different. It almost feels like dry oil as others noted, it absorbs very quickly and it calms any breakouts so that in the morning they are visibly smaller and don’t develop into large spots as they used to. I have tried prescription retinol at low doses and also Drunk Elephant retinol and my skin just could never build up the tolerance despite many months of trying. This product didn’t cause any irritation or peeling even when used every night. I have purchased a full size product and will see in couple of months if there is much more prominent difference to my acne scars and more even complexion but so far so good.

Retinol clearing oil
I have sensitive, oily, adult acne and redness prone skin and have been using this oil during my night time skin care routine. As it is an oil based product it does leave a bit of an oily residue, but since you use it at night - it does not matter. What matters though is that this product works, slows and calms deep cystic acne, clears pores, leave skin smooth and deeper wrinkles (such as frown lines) relaxed and reduced. Easy and convenient drop dispenser. Only 30mls bottle but as you only use at night, it last longer. No irritation, nor side effects.

Excellent retinol oil serum
I’ve decided to try it on my adult acne prone skin, as it has anti acne and anti ageing properties. I was a bit sceptical about its oil based consistency (my skin is oily) but as you apply this serum at night, there is no issue. It actually absorbs well and does not leave much oily residue. I observe my acne heal faster and there are no side affects from its active ingredients even though my skin is sensitive and prone to redness if product is too strong or has irritating ingredients. Also, as you apply nights only, should last longer. I would suggest you try before you buy, although Dermalogica products are usually safe to use.
