Step 1: Fill + Add Volume: Start by applying DIPBROW® Gel at the arch, working towards the tail. Then with remaining product on the brush, apply through the front of the brow. Let it set for 20 seconds.
Step 2: Define + Detail: Add definition and detail to sparse areas of the brow using Brow Definer. Blend as you go using the spoolie brush.
Step 3: Finish: Finish by applying Mini Clear Brow Gel through the brow in short, upward motions.
