I have a confession; I didn’t use any lotions or potions on my skin until I was well into my late 40s. My complexion was good, I exercised daily, and I didn’t feel the need to. As a Registered Public Health Nutritionist, I know enough to have always considered taking care of my insides (the gut) if we want to shine on the outside, so my diet and the amount of water I drink has played a big part.
