Average heat protection
I have quite curly hair which can get dry and damaged quite easily. I tried Save The Do and unfortunately it really didn't seem to make a difference when I would use heat on my hair. For how much it is, I think there are better options (both in terms of protecting and smell) for heat protection, particularly with curly hair.

Great heat protection for my hair. This styling formula provides light hold and heat protection for my hair. Whether I am using a curling iron, hair dryer, blow-drying brush or flat iron, this styler spray works to protect my hair from damage caused by thermal styling. Smells great and does the job.

Great heat protection
I don’t understand the negative reviews for this product. In my experience, this doesn’t leave a coating on your hair, it smells great (like all sam mcknight products) and protects your hair whilst being invisible once dried. A little on the expensive side for a heat protection but I can definitely tell the difference when I don’t have it at the gym, hair looks super fluffy and not smooth at all. Should probably buy a second one for my gym bag!

Saves my do!
I find the product has a really great and even spray which makes it super easy and quick to use. A little expensive compared to others depending on how much you want to spend, but overall a good product that smells great. I suppose it’s not great for second day hair where you need to use heat to spruce up your style.

Gorgeous lightweight protection
Smells absolutely divine and is very lightweight and easy to use. I have mid length wavy frizzy hair and it’s quite difficult to take but this really helped to smooth my hair whilst blow drying and reduce damage. Doesn’t leave the hair feeling sticky or greasy like some other heat protections I have used in the past. I would definitely recommend this product
