Summary of Customer Ratings & Reviews
Disappointing
Given how classy and different Jo Loves’ Amber Lime and Bergamot is, I was looking forward to trying this. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Considering it is more expensive, it smells cheap and synthetic in comparison to Amber Lime and Bergamot. The review which says this smells like a cheap teenage boy’s body spray is spot on.
Well I like it
I must admit I love fragrance in all its forms and Jo Loves in particular. As soon as this was launched I felt I wanted to try it and decided to purchase partly because the bottle looks so amazing. I was lucky to receive a sample to try, so was able to do this without committing to the full bottle. I love it!
Smells like teenage body spray
This smells very similar to Lynx Dark Temptation. It’s quite strong and long lasting for Jo Loves, and the bottle is really nice. However, it just reminds me of a teenagers cheap body spray and isn’t worth the price. I wouldn’t say this was a luxury fragrance, it’s got a rather generic aftershave smell.

Not long lasting
When I tested this fragrance on my skin I liked the way it smelt on me after around 30 mins however after an hour I could barely smell the notes I did initially, instead it was a sweet and very “commercial” type smell that lingered. It disappeared quite quickly too (thankfully) just wish I hadn’t taken the plunge with this as it’s just not for me. For reference the notes in this scent are definitely my cup of tea however this blend of them and quality just wasn’t there. I think that Jo Malone - jasmine Sambac and marigold is far superior and lasts all day too so I will be sticking to that in future
