Using dry hands, work a generous amount of the cleansing balm onto dry skin and add water to emulsify.

Fantastic cleanser
I love this product, great for mature skin, it leaves my skin softer and smoother. It cleanses without leaving skin dry. I bought to compare to a more expensive product that cleanses in the same way and wasn't disappointed with it. I shall be purchasing this again

Oily residue
I bought this after getting into Korean oil cleansers because I wanted to try a non-Korean brand, and I love that this has ginseng! It has a light scent and does a great job at removing makeup, but I stopped using it because it leaves an oily residue on my skin after I wash it off. It’s not a huge deal because I double cleanse and my foam cleanser removes the residue, so this product is fine if having that residue briefly between cleanses doesn’t bother you. But I have other cleaners that don’t do that so I no longer use this product. Will keep though in case I run out of other oil cleaners and need a backup.

Does what it says on the jar
I’ve tried several Naturium products and particularly like their skincare products. This is my second purchase of the cleansing balm. Affordable, a little goes a long way and it’s effective at removing make up, mascara and spf. I like how my skin felt “nourished” after cleansing. I use it for my am cleanse and my first pm cleanse in the evening. Would recommend as an affordable alternative to some of the more expensive cleansing balms. The scent took a little bit of getting used to but not offensive. Will definitely be repurchasing

Effective cleanser
I am currently using this balm and I am not mad at it. Does an effective job at removing my daily morning grime of skincare, SPF and light makeup. It is a very greasy oily balm therefore a little goes a long way. You don’t need much to remove the all day yuck of your face. I did accidentally used too much and it is an unpleasant experience. Excellent at removing waterproof mascara however it does irritate my eyes with a subtle tolerable sting. Great brand which has effective products with cost effective prices.

Close to Perfect
Works really well and doesn't have a scent. Feels good going on, but I do find it doesn't rinse off as easily as I would like. Even with repeated emulsification, it feels heavy and thick. After applying my second cleanser, it does all come off though.
