The lightweight formula coats each lash and brow hair, giving them a freshly tinted look in a choice of natural colours. Designed to be both smudge proof and flake proof, the formula lasts from day to night. While water resistant, this makeup product is not waterproof and washes off easily at the end of the day.
The mascara includes a slim wand with small bristles that can separate, define and lengthen, coating hair from root to tip. The tubing formula and wand aids precise application so that every hair is coated with a subtle hint of colour.

Prefer to mascara
I like that you can get this product in brown rather than just black as you don't always want a heavy eyelash product if you're not wearing much makeup. I think it is a lighter version of a mascara which gives some colour but not too much clumpy product on the lashes.

Not A Fan At All
I will go as far as to say that I hated this product!! I have used fair share of mascaras in my lifetime and this by far is one of the worst ones. It made my lashes clumpy and stuck together. No separation whatsoever! On top of that, after it dried off - it started to flake on my undereye... I ended up looking like a dr*g addict from some edutorial shoot! Really do not recommend. Price is atrocious for this item when you think about the quality...

The lash tint mascara from 19/99 is definitely one to get to amp up the va va voom factor! My lashes looked visibly lengthened and a whole lot more voluminous! The formula is smudge proof and therefore has long staying power. I would highly recommend!

Works well but runs out fast
I like this product I just wish it lasted longer. It builds up sparse brow hairs and it is easy to apply evenly. It just ran out notably quicker than my Bobbi Brown equivalent I used previously. I bought this a couple of months ago and don’t use it every day but it’s still run out quickly.
Perfect Mascara
This mascara is perfect for the discreet 'no makeup' look. I really like the very fine wand for perfect precision when applying it especially to the lower lashes. I have purchased this many times in both the black and brown so I can highly recommend.
