I adore the scent of diptyque's rose candles. They have very much elegant, bright, floral aroma that bring compliments. This scent is very destinctive and can make your home have a very much brightend, luxury feel. This large version of the candle is ideal for a staple piece on a table or a counter.

So excited Dyptique have released this in the XL size. The packaging is a lovely pale pink. It smells beautiful and is a great centre piece to a room. Def recommend if you like the smaller styles or are looking for something to finish a room. The scent is light and fresh.

The rose candle from Diptique is pure luxury. The fragrance is just amazing. The burning time is long and I like how the scent remains in the room long after the candle is blown out. It makes a great decoration piece too. It is an indulgent treat. I would highly recommend this.

A beautiful candle jar.
The reason for the title of my review is that it really is a beautiful looking candle. It fits my home decor perfectly and looks very impressive. However, it doesn't burn evenly, gives off a lot of black smoke, and the scent isn't powerful enough for me. As a piece of homeware I love it but as a candle I'm not particularly impressed.
