Sisley self tan
I received a sample of Sisley self tan and I love it. Like all Sisley products this is expensive but lovely. Its rich and soaked in easily. My skin turned a great colour even after one try. Maybe it's a dear purchase but I shall certainly be buying myself a treat when finances allow!!

Very unpleasant scent
I was excited to use that product as I am still on the lookout for the perfect tanning product for my face, but I got myself huge disappointment. In terms of results it is great - it gave my subtle, even tan after first application and a bit of hydration as well. But and that is huge but for me - the scent is terrible and making the product unusable for me. It smell like very old fashion and cheap tanning product (like from different ear of beauty products) and that scent tends to linger.

I received a sample of this with my last order and was excited to finally try a Sisley product. The description on the package mentions a subtle, elegant fragrance, so my first disappointment was with just how strongly and old it smelled. The texture is quite liquidy so a little goes a long, long way - and so I thought it would be a good idea to stretch the remaining amount of product on my arms and shoulders, before dutifully washing the palms of my hands. Well, apart from particularly orange elbows 🙄 there was no tanning effect whatsoever. Anywhere.
Healthy glow
I received a sample of this with my last order. It has a gentle scent and doesn't have that horrible biscuit scent that the original self-tanners had. It's kept my skin feeling soft and not in the slightest greasy, something I had concerns with as most skincare is made for people with dry skin and I still have oily skin. I've been using the sample for a week and I've still got lots left but I'd like to try the one with SPF but it's £40 more than this one so I think I'll only be buying one if they're ever in a sale. Sisley should maybe consider doing smaller sizes in their products just as many others have started doing.
