its a toner
I think there isnt much to say when reviewing a toner other than it does what its supposed to do (keep in mind a lot of people dont really believe in toners) but also, if you buy one just to have and dont care much this is good but if you pay this much for it you may as well get one with better (more) active ingredients that actually do some good to your skin. Other than that I think this is perfectly acceptable

Does the Job
Bought this for my fiance who I’m making a skincare routine for him. Can’t tell if it’s worked yet, but his face does feel clearer. Could be as a result of the other products or this, who knows? But no issues or reactions on his skin!

This is a really nice,
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice, refreshing toner. I really thought when I first smelled it that it might irritate my face but it doesn't. Because I have eczema and dry, sensitive skin I have to be careful and not over use though. The rose scent is very soothing. I recommend it
