Not overly impressed...
This cleanser is fine, but there are much cheaper and more effective ones out there. Firstly, it's not really a traditional balm cleanser, it's a cream - absolutely no idea why it's a labelled as a "balm" rather than a clean. For that reason, it's not very good at removing mascara and other heavy makeup - I definitely have to go in with a second cleanse to get that off. As a cream cleanser it's fine, but for the price I would expect something extra - it doesn't smell of anything in particular or feel particularly luxurious. I wouldn't buy based on active ingredient claims either - it's not on your face long enough to make a difference either way. Overall, it's not bad, I just wouldn't buy again at this price.
Pricey but effective
This is a lovely rich cleanser that has a good clean set of ingredients, effectively removes my make up and doesn’t dry my skin out. It’s expensive so I will most likely go back to Biossance after I’ve tried it. Overall yes I’d recommend and keen to see what else the brand offers.

The first comment would be that it is more of a cream rather than a balm, and it has a very strong wood/grass-like fragrance which is ok but takes some time to get accustomed to. Apart from this, it is a very effective cleanser that removes makeup/SPF well, not drying or irritating for the skin, the skin feels soft and hydrated after its use. The price is a bit steep given alternatives on the market, but overall it is a very good product

Very gentle, but efficient balm
The cleansing balm has a lovely texture. More like a lotion. It cleans the skin in a very soft and gentle way. At the same time it is very effective. The skin is hydrated and smooth. I follow it with Reome Broth and it is like having a SPA treatment at home. The packing of both is also a pleasure to deal with.

Rich and gentle
After trying the serum broth I HAD To try this cleanser with the towel. Its rich texture and gentle cleaning power is the best cleanser I’ve ever used. Really cleans my skin with no irritation afterwards (which is welcome for sensitive skin like mine). Feels soft and hydrated afterwards, like a spa experience in my own bathroom. Tube is easy to handle and I’m able to squeeze out the perfect drop with no wastage at the end of the tube!
