Gentle but effective gel cleanser
I prefer a light cream or gel cleanser and one that rinses clean away with no residue. This one does exactly that reminds of the pure melt cleansing gel as it transforms to a milky liquid once water is added. Skin is left feeling soft and never dry after using. I’ve only used this as a facial cleanser as I use a separate eye makeup remover so I can’t comment on how well it works on eye makeup but as a facial cleanser it’s excellent. I think it’s suitable for all skin types even sensitive. The fragrance is very delicate and there is a fragrance free version also.

Perfect as a wash-off cleanser
I’m usually a balm or cream cleanser person. But I got this as part of a kit and was pleasantly surprised. I don’t use it every day but it’s great to keep in my gym bag or for travelling because I can use it without a flannel. It washes off well in the shower without leaving residue on the skin. I can’t comment on its efficacy as a first PM cleanse though. Not sure if I would repurchase at this price point but I think that’s just a personal preference of formula. I’m sure gel lovers will adore it.

Only ok
Purchased in store with very helpful staff. Texture good, washes off well and leaves face hydrated. Disappointed with product's fragrance. Will not re-purchase item based on that and the price point. The hunt continues for my 'go to' balm/gel cleanser.
Hydrating and effective
I really enjoy using this cleanser. I like the signature Skin Rocks scent and like massaging it in and enjoying the smell. It leaves a feeling of comfort on my face - not exactly a residue, but a feeling that it’s cosseted my skin, if that makes sense. The texture is really nice and feels a bit special to use - it’s not like using a mediocre face wash, it feels like a bit of a treat. Afraid I’ve knocked off a star as £39 feels very steep for something which goes straight down the plughole. But I would buy it again if I had NDulge points to splurge!

Amazing
I feel like every single product of Caroline Hirons is just amazing and this is no exception. Smells divine, doesn’t strip the skin and leaves the skin smooth and clean. The only downside is that gel goes milky before removed from face, so it’s harder to remove than cream cleanser.
