Not sure what the hype is about
Bought this balm after seeing it everywhere, however it didn't work for me. It didn't remove my mascara at all, just left me with mascara streaks down my face and around my eyes. I also found the fragrance over powering and stung my eyes! Won't be repurchasing

I’ve tried several cleansing balms, and this is in my top three! It offers a luxurious experience with its creamy texture and subtle, delicious scent. Leaves my skin soft and hydrated without any residue. Sooooo good, I’ll definitely repurchase it! Recommend to everyone

Gorgeous cleansing balm
A solid performer all around. The texture is very buttery and creamy and feels very luxe. It definitely melts everything away and my skin never feels stripped after using it. I only wished it were less pricey but a very enjoyable experience using it!

Favourite cleaner
I’m very glad I finally bit the bullet, this cleanser is great. I use it as my first cleanse and definitely recommend. It feels very luxurious on the skin and it smells great! Will be repurchasing when it runs out, though it may be a while as little goes a long way :)

Silky but doesn’t quite do the job
I bought this a month or so ago and the texture is lovely. Goes on so smooth and does feel luxurious. The 2 problems I have is it struggles to take off my mascara without needing to use a fair amount, and the colour is staining my cleansing cloths. Overall I’m unlikely to buy again due to the price, and don’t feel it’s much better than the less pricey alternatives.
