luxurious packaging and formula
This is the first time I've purchased the Muse shade of this lipstick, and I am absolutely in love with it. The packaging is exquisitely luxurious, complete with a magnetic closure. I've never had such an opulent lipstick in my bag—it’s simply fantastic. The color is stunning, and the textured surface adds a beautiful detail. I highly recommend it as a gift for a girlfriend, mom, or best friend.
Love the formula, not so much the shades
I have to agree with many reviewers that the colours don't seem to translate well, from website to real life, or even from formula to formula. In the shop, the Muse gloss was a total match to my lip colour. I recently purchased Muse in the Velvet formula, and it's so dark and unlike my natural lip colour, I can't even. I thought this was going to work as a nice low-key nude, but it makes a statement. Had the same experience with Le Mepris and Rain - both beautiful shades in their own right, but so far off what the website shows. 🙄

Doubles as a cream blush
I am a fan of this lipstick formula as it’s fragrance free, highly pigmented. Muse is a gorgeous neutral to cool rosewood shade. I love wearing this on my lips and cheeks. I warm the lipstick on the palm of my hand and dab it with my finger on my cheeks. You need very little. Mixing it with the liquid highlighter gives a luminous less pigmented blush

Amazing colours but breaks easily
I love the colours available in these lipsticks but I just can’t buy them anymore. The formula wears so well and the colours are stunning. However, these lipsticks are far too fragile. They break so easily and sometimes arrive broken. I really wish the brand would try to address this as the colour and texture is perfect.
My favourite lipstick
Even on the dullest of winter days it's lovely to open your bag to see the beautiful gold of a Lisa Eldridge lipstick. This lipstick is my favourite of all time. It's long lasting and the range of colours are gorgeous. Lisa's social media page is wonderful to get advice on the right shades too, her team are very helpful when you direct message. I always get compliments when I wear one of her lipsticks. I'm a big fan!!
