Highlight and define brows with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlighting Duo Pencil, a double-ended brow pencil that works to add a lifting effect to the brows. Use for defining the brow line and highlighting the brow bone, the pencil features shimmer and matte finishes on opposite ends.

With a cream, non-wax formula, this brow pencil glides on and blends well. Use for adding brightness to the high points of the face and the inner corners of the eye.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used as a primer for eyeshadow and is cruelty-free.

Starting with the shimmer end of Highlighting Duo Pencil, apply underneath the brow line from arch to tail. Next, apply the matte side of the double-ended brow pencil underneath the brow from the front of the brow all the way toward the tail. Blend using the flat end of Brush 20 for a seamless finish that adds a lifting effect to the brows. Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used as an eye shadow primer. Use the shimmer end to prime for metallic, shimmer or duo chrome shadows. Use the matte end to prime for matte shadows. For an extra pop of shimmer in your eye look, apply Highlighting Duo Pencil to the inner corner of your eye for added brightness and intensity. Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used to highlight the high points of the face.
