To use Sam McKnight Volume Foam, apply to damp hair before blow drying. For added volume and lift, blow dry roots upwards or throw hair upside down and dry it until almost complete, then continue blow drying with a brush.

Holy grail hair foam
I never understood how to use foam/mousse but this product has made me an absolute convert. Two pumps before I blow dry/style my hair and now it has more volume, better curls and without being sticky. Whenever I used hair tongs in the past I was get bent and frizzy hair, but now I finally get effortless looking curls I’ve never been able to master before. It also brushes/combs out lovely, without feeling too sticky or heavy. So so impressed!

The best for fine hair
I've always found volume mousse-type products to sticky and heavy, but this is perfect. It feels like adding air to your hair. It loses a star for me because of the fragrance, which I personally don't like and is very very strong. If they made a fragrance free version, this would be a holy grail product for me.
Gorgeous fragrance and nice mousse
Firstly this smells divine but not overly strong. It doesn’t feel sticky to apply, or leave hair stiff in any way. It doesn’t make hair feel horrible or greasy a few days later like many foams do, which is a huge bonus! Hair feels soft and natural. I wouldn’t say the volume is phenomenal- my hair just overall feels a bit thicker. I was initially a little disappointed after seeing the Instagram posts of this foam. I thought my hair would be so full and bouncy and it wasn’t. May be better on someone with very fine hair. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it, but I can’t get any bounce in it - it’s very flat unless blowdried by a hairdresser or set in rollers. I bought it for the bounce but my hair definitely felt thicker overall, like I had a lot more hair so would definitely recommend for that. Overall a lovely product.

Having shoulder length hair I used a few blow drying products. This is the best by far. The blow dry holds for good couple of days and my hair looks neat.
