- Shampoo: Work a quarter-sized amount of shampoo into a rich lather between palms. Apply to wet hair and massage into the scalp, starting at the nape of your neck and working the lather through the ends. Rinse thoroughly.
- Conditioner: Work a quarter-sized amount of conditioner between palms, apply to wet hair, from mid-shaft to ends; leave in for 1–3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
- Density Booster: Use once daily, on damp or dry hair. Lift hair into sections and spray directly onto the scalp. Gently massage in and do not rinse.
TIPS: New hair growth is a natural process that happens gradually over 3–6 months, so it requires commitment and a bit of patience. While the duration and amount of growth will vary from person to person, if you welcome it as part of your daily routine, results will follow.

Cautiously optimistic
I switched from another hair loss shampoo/conditioner to try Virtue and have been using the Nourish line for about a month. I experience cyclical hair loss each year, with the peak always coming in summer for some reason. I have noticed less hair fall since starting with the Nourish shampoo and conditioner combo in August, and my hair feels softer. I had already been using topical minoxidil foam purchased at the drug store, and this is appears to be the same product (5% foam) that is included with the Nourish Nightly Intensive Hair Growth Treatment Pack that I bought. I am monitoring for any difference in the amount of new hair growth I’m experiencing, and haven’t seen a difference yet, but at four weeks in I’m not sure it would be realistic to see more regrowth yet. Overall I’m encouraged by the reduced hair fall, and I like the product’s scent and its effect on the feel of my hair. It hasn’t been dramatic results but I will keep using it.

I've seen results
I've been using this treatment for nearly 3 months now, as I have struggled with hair loss and very thin hair through multiple pregnancies and thyroid issues. I was very consistent, using the shampoo and conditioner ever 2-3 days and the treatment spray every single day. In fact I found that the spray made my hair look less greasy so I could go longer than usual between washes, which in itself has helped. I have loads of new hair growth and my hair feels fuller and healthier. It's not a miracle, but it definitely works if you stick with it. I'm about to order another pack and it works out cheaper than buying the 3 items individually, so I'm in!

The treatment has a lightweight, almost gel-like texture, making it easy to distribute throughout the hair and scalp. Increased hair loss - save your money!
I've been using this for a couple of months. I was most excited to use the density booster. However I found the shampoo and conditioner make my hair really dry and tangled, so I ended up throwing them away. I persevered with the density booster as I have thinning hair with a bald patch on my crown that was getting worse and I noticed a slightly receding hairline, so I desperately wanted to see results. Unfortunately those areas have in fact got much worse since I started using it. I am so depressed with this result. So the density booster has also been thrown away.
