A bit basic, to be honest
When I first smelled Sailing Day by Maison Margiela, I had the instant thought that I had smelled similar perfumes before. I couldn't quite put my nose on which other brands, but I know they are a dime a dozen. For that reason, I think this scent is a bit basic. I personally would opt for something more unique, like Beach Walk.
Ocean in the bottle
Sailing day is nothing new, nothing inovative and nothing that we wouldn’t smell thousands of times before this parfum came to the market. However, it nicely complete the selection of light and fresh parfums from Maison Margiela and it is really liked by people. Most of the Maison Margiela parfums are unisex, this one is not exception, but lingers to more masculine side in my opinion, at least on my skin.

I really really love this fragrance. Other than the fact that is a more affordable dupe I think everything about it is great, form the fragrance, to the actual design of the bottle, to the feel of it and even the hype factor, I think this is a really cool product to either get for yourself or to buy as a present for someone else. Overall great

I love this , smells like the open ocean
I adore this fragrance, it smells like being on a yacht on a hot summer day. It’s long lasting and is a perfect clean scent. I wish it came as a refill and had a complimentary shower gel to go with it. I get so many compliments wearing this. A must have in my collection

Sailing Day
I have a sample of this scent and while I don't really love aquatic, marine, ozonic perfumes very much, it is very fresh and suitable for every day wear. It's unisex in my opinion but leans slightly masculine on my skin. Longevity not amazing on me but ok for an eau de toilette.
