I liked the product, but I think there is a problem with the Turkish distributor. There was no trial serum in my product. When I read the comments, I learned that almost everyone had a tiny serum in their packages. Also, in some trial videos I could see the muscles moving, but mine just gives a tingling sensation. I have no feeling in some areas, such as my cheeks. I hope they didn't send me a defective product; I read that some users returned the defective product. Defective products were also sent to new customers.

To have full use of this device you need to pay a membership monthly. Had I known this before purchasing I would have changed my mind. The true price is not just the price of the device + serum + membership. Should be honest up front.
