Love it
I can see this shampoo has had mixed reviews. Maybe is due to what your hair needs. Hair needs protein = love it! But if your hair does not need protein then ot may not work out. My thick, frizzy, salt/pepper wavy/curly hair loved the protein rich shampoo. It's really moisturising and can feel you don't need conditioner. Rinses well. Layer it with curl charisma conditioner and leave in frizz conditioning spray and my is great. Not weighed down or lank just great. It's pricey but worth it for my hair type

Not for curls
I am really careful about the shampoo I use especially with curly hair. This smells lovely, but I found this really drying and noticed my hair was very frizzy after it was washed. Even when i used a hydrating mask to tame my hair it still had a staw like texture

Many years ago I loved this shampoo and the matching conditioner. I decided to buy it again but this shampoo has gotten so diluted since I remember it, now it is like water when you pump it into your hand. You lose half of it before it gets to your hair. For a professional brand of shampoo, I'm shocked by this. Their conditioner is still ok, super thick. I'm really disappointed by the deterioration in quality of their shampoo.
Not for me
My hair is really dry so I am always looking for a nice and new hydrating shampoo. However, it does not do anything. It cleans well but my hair still feels rather frizzy without a proper deep moisturising conditioner or hair mask. I am not sure it lives up to neither the name nor the description of the product.
