Fuller thicker hair
I recently received a sample of this product along with the complimentary shampoo. Using both together I found my hair felt fuller and more nourished. Hair was also easy to style and not flyaway as can be the case with some fine hair products. I would recommend for fine hair

Not bad
I have received a sample of this product and the shampoo. I definitely seen some increase in volume. The conditioner is not the most hydrating product for my hair type (curly), so I imagine this product is definitely tailored more towards truly fine hair and I imagine it can be quite helpful to achieve a more lifted look.
Not great
I’ve given the shampoo 1 star and this conditioner gets 2. Still not great and I wouldn’t buy it (I tried out a sample) but it was better than the shampoo. I felt like this conditioner at least gave enough coverage for my hair (medium length) whereas the shampoo sample wasn’t really enough for a whole wash. I didn’t feel like this product left my hair feeling really conditioned though - it’s as if I’ve not really washed my hair, just wet it. Disappointing!
Tried a sample
The sample for this just wasn’t enough for my very thick hair, even though it is short thick hair - but having said that I got a good result. Hair felt well conditioned and soft afterwards and I think it added shine. So I would recommend this. Probably not an everyday product as it’s pretty expensive.

I need more from conditioner
I have quite dry hair due to colouring and highlights, so what I need from conditioner is a lot of nourishing and moisturising plus smoothness. This conditioner is quite light, for sure wouldn't weight down my hair and make them look flat, it soothes out hair, but it is not nourishing enough, co smooth effect doesn't last especially in humid weather.
