LOVE THIS
Super easy to put into the container once it arrived and lasts for a long period of time. The Lala retro cream is hydrating and works for sensitive skin too, and doesn’t leave you feeling like you have a heavy cream on. Can use both morning and night, also works really well with the bronzing drops and blush ones too!

Love the moisturiser, LOVE the refill
I’ve used this moisturiser for years now - it’s a gorgeous thick moisturiser that works wonderfully as a night cream. I’m SO pleased that I can now buy refills - as it’s only 50ml I do get through this pretty quickly, so it’s reassuring that I don’t have to waste as much plastic each time. I do think this should be priced a bit cheaper to incentivise refill buys, hence only four stars

Overhyped
I tried the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream recently and I have a mixed review. I think that the cream is nice, it is a thinnish cream so can be used in the day and the night. There isn't a strong smell, and it didn't pill. However for the price I really think it is not worth it. I have definitely used similar creams at much cheaper price points. I do like that you can buy a refill as that helps with sustainability.

Convenient moisturiser
I love when brands sell refills of products, I think it makes you more likely to go back because you save money. I wish they were advertised more. I love how light LALA RETRO CREAM is. It is easy to blend and sits beautifully on the skin. It is expensive but the products are lovely. I have been struggling with my skin lately and I haven't found that this product irritates my skin which is amazing

Good value
This is a rich and nourishing moisturiser ideal for my dry and sensitive skin. I’m happy that Drunk Elephant came out with the refill because it’s more sustainable. The refill offers a good saving when compared to the regular packaging, so I’m pleased about that.
