Smells really nice
I got this because I really like the texture of the sol de Janeiro body creams and this is really good! I’m not sure that it did anything to ‘brighten’ my skin even though it says it has vitamin c and ahas which is typically what I use on my face in the mornings and nights. I’m also not sure if it has enough to warrant needing sunscreen on your body to protect it from the sun (I know that putting these actives on your face make it very sensitive so you need to make sure you’re wearing sunscreen, but I’m not sure about this lotion as I didn’t find my skin more sensitive to the sun). I did find the scent really nice though, I used the Cherirosa and Bum Bum cream for ages and I found that this in comparison is less sweet. It’s really nice and in the off-chance that this does help with brightness I think it’s worth it

Lovely light body cream
This is a beautiful fresh scented body cream, texture is light, easily absorbed and my skin felt smooth and firm afterwards. I don't think this product is great for people with very dry skin like me - I needed to slap on a bit of Aveeno a few hours afterwards as my legs, arms and stomach felt tight. However, it you like light weight formulations and don't need creams to be too emollient, this is lovely and worth a try.

I have been keen to try this brand for a while so was pleased when it was available as a sample because it is quite expensive for a body cream. Smells delightful and is a very thick cream but nourishing not greasy. I have dry skin and quite a rough texture especially on my thighs so I am hoping with prolonged use I will see an improvement to this. The sample did its job and I will p purchase full size. Plus I love the packaging.
