Can’t be without!
Tried this on a whim. I’m a beauty junkie but don’t do the whole cult hype thing. Cannot deny that this is a great product - even better in the jumbo size for value. It cleanses really well, has a pleasant texture and does not dry out the skin. I have slightly combo and sensitive skin. Well worth a try if you haven’t yet!

Superb!
I am so glad I went in store for advice about my skin concerns. The lady serving me was so helpful and empathetic. She recommended this for me, along with the Dewy Skin Cream, and I used them both the same evening. This cleanser was a real delight to use and I saw an immediate improvement in the appearance of my skin. I will continue using this as directed as I’m so pleased with how it has already helped my skin. It really cleanses thoroughly but doesn’t make it feel stripped or tight. In fact it feels supple and comfortable, which is great because my skin is normally so reactive. Thank you so much for your help!

Disappointed
The instructions arent great with this product - I found it best to dampen my face and hands and then Rub a pea size amount together in my hands and apply to the face. However I find it very perfumed and it leaves my face feeling tight, which is not what I was expecting given the glowing reviews! I’m not sure my fave is even that clean afterwards - probably best for a morning cleanse. I’ll go back to my erborian oil cleanser followed by REN evercalm :-)

Very drying
I was really hoping this product would be everything it was hyped up to be but unfortunately it has done the opposite of what it says it does. My skin is extremely dry and this cleanser makes my skin even dryer unfortunately. The moisturiser is gorgeous so was expecting this to be the same.

New favourite
Soothing face wash that doesn’t dry skin out! I use to use estee lauder but noticed it made my skin quite dry. This seems to not take any moisture away from the skin while a little certainly goes a long way. My only complaint is the lid. I find it is always breaking / snapping off which is quite annoying! No complaint to the formula which is why it’s still 5 stars!
