Worth it
I have been using Drunk Elephant retinol and that was really strong for my skin. This one has half the amount of retinol but I would say being in an oil form makes it way gentler. I gives you a beautiful radiant glow without the irritation. Highly recommend. I use it after hydrating serum because it does not have any hydrating ingredients.

First time with a retinol oil
I am usually a dedicated Medik8 girl for my retinol but received this product as a GWP so gave it a try. Application is lovely and the oil base means a little goes a long way. It feels like it's hydrating your skin, which is an added bonus. It doesn't absorb super fast so when you put your moisturiser on top it gives the 'glazed donut' effect. The directions say you can apply it morning or night but I think if you tired to add make-up on top of it as part of a morning routine it would slide right off, so definitely sticking to it as a nighttime product.

With retinol
I have discovered retinol just at the right time, when I first noticed my skin was aging. Although, that is of course a good thing, I now love integrating retinol products into my skincare routine to refine my skin texture, reducing the look of blemishes, fine lines and hyperpigmentation and to give my skin a bit of extra glow. This oil is great for beginners as it’s very gentle but still effective.

Great Oil
Quite sceptical before trying this though have been impressed from first use. Great for dry, dull or mature skin - sinks in, hydrates and replenishes your glow and a little goes a long way. I use it under moisturiser AM and on its own PM. To date have not experienced any breakouts so will happily continue to use.
